Chickpeas surprisingly can easily be blended with other flavours without it becoming overpowering, which is great! Because it can be used for it’s texturizing abilities + added protein benefits! Similar to how avocado can be used in the same way! I actually recommend trying avocado blended with a chocolate protein powder/ cacao, chosen plant milk + sweetener of choice & VOILA healthy chocolate creamy mousse!

- 🍰 Can of Chickpeas – drained & rinsed
- 🍰 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
- 🍰 1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 🍰 1tsp Vanilla Extract
Simply blend/pulse all ingredients together until smooth and free from lumps. Pop into a little bowl – keep covered and chilled, ready to serve. Enjoy! ❤️
