We can’t get enough of @eatingforfuel fabulous recipes! So here’s another one for this weeks featured dish.
Passionfruit & white choc protein bars! 👅 These bars are protein packed, sweet & summery and so easy to make 😇
✅ 75g protein powder (We recommend vanilla or salted caramel) from Macro Mike (shop instore + online)
✅ 60g nut butter (Our almond butter is amazing!)
✅ 50g oat flour
✅ 2 fresh passionfruit’s (use all the pulp)
✅ 1 heaped tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
✅ 100-150ml plant milk (add more if needed)
✅ 25g white choc to drizzle
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine your protein powder, oat flour and sweetener of choice until stirred through.
2. Now add in your runny nut butter, plant milk, and passionfruit pulp, stirring well.
3. Using your hands, form the mixture into 6-8 little bars and pop onto a lined tray (lined only to keep the tray clean – these are no bake).
4. Melt your white chocolate (if using) and drizzle over each little bar. Optional: add extra passionfruit pulp to the top of each. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up nicely. Enjoy!
