Specifically made for the foodservice industry and crafted from New Zealand dairy powder, this product is the perfect neutral base to be used alongside our syrups. Easy to use with milk or water, SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base gives smoothies and shakes their creamy texture without the fuss of ice creams and thickening agents. Free from artificial colours, flavours, thickeners, and whiteners, blended beverages become guilt-free down to the very last sip.

Simply mix one scoop of our base with a pump of your preferred SHOTT syrup, 100g of ice, and 100ml of your preferred liquid base to create delectable, creamy drinks. With endless possibilities including classic milkshakes, rich thickshakes, frosty frappes, and refreshing smoothies, our base is the ideal starting point for all your creamy concoctions!

Recipe

Manuka Honey Milkshake

  • Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Manuka Honey (New Zealand)
  • 1 Scoop SHOTT Milkshake & Frappe Base
  • 100mL Full Cream Milk
  • 100g Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream and Honey comb.

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream and honey comb.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
